Colin Tilley is a notable hip-hop music video director who works with Riveting Entertainment. He has worked with such musicians as Tyga, Justin Bieber, Melanie Fiona, U.K. rapper Chipmunk, and Keri Hilson among others.

He was born on June 27, 1988 in Berkeley, California. Being from Berkeley, He grew up around a lot of Artists, including The Cataracs. He didn't make music, so he found his niche on the creative side and began creating music videos in 2007. His first clients were actually his old friends The Cataracs. Since then, his glossy and reactive videos have been extremely well-received, as he has produced every Chris Brown video from the last two years from his Fan of a Fan mixtape and his gold-certified album F.A.M.E. except for Beautiful People (Chris Brown song). Colin Tilley attended the Berkeley Digital Film Institute.
