Are local papers / TV stations considered a good primary source for info? There are many such news agencies along the path of the Mouse / Souris, and they all have reported their portion of the devastation. What about mentioning that the flood control projects that were started c.1971 (after the '69 and the '71 floods) to prevent such a flood from happening?
