TRTÉ (In English, Teen RTÉ) is a programming block which airs on RTÉ Two targeting children between 8 and 16 years of age.[1] It operates along its sister strand RTÉjr, which targets children of less than 8 years of age. The strand also appears on RTÉ Junior.
TRTÉ broadcasts every afternoon. Its flagship programming includes The Rumour Room hosted by newcomers Katie Van Buren and Jarlath Regan. Elev8 presented by Ivan Minnock, Seán Regan and Moldovan-born Diana Bunici. News2day broadcasts daily featuring news updates. Sinead Kennedy continues to house Two Tube every weekday night from 17.30 to 19:00.

Juice
Juice is a new entertainment magazine show featuring the latest music, film, fashion and celebrity news from Irish and International celebrities. The show debuted as part of the autumn season on October. The show airs every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 5:30 p.m. on TRTÉ on RTÉ Two.
Who Are You Kidding?
Currently finished its 2nd season. Who Are You Kidding is a children's talent show. In each episode 4 children are chosen to nominate a teenager, that is close to them, to complete 3 challenges, acting, singing and dancing. The end result is decided by a panel of child judges.
The Big Bazaar
The Big Bazaar has finished it's 2nd season. Two teams of children must gather jumble and find some auction worthy items to try and sell in their very own 'Jumble Sale'. The team who gathers the most money wins.
Test The Teachers
Currently[when?] on its 2nd season. 2 schools must nominate their teacher to complete a series of challenges to see how much they really know.
Supercrew
Just finished its first season.[clarification needed] A number of dance groups must dance it out in front of a selection of judges to decide who will dance alongside Jedward in the Olyimpia Theatre. Season 2 is yet to be confirmed.
Mission Beach USA
Just finished its first season and will start second season.[clarification needed] 8 Irish teens have been sent to sunny Florida to see who has what it takes to be a real lifeguard. Sun, Sea and Survival is the series logline.
The Rumour Room
Currently on its second season.[clarification needed] A number of presenters discuss the latest rumours and polls on Ireland's favourite celebs.
In January 2011 part of the shows set and its presenters were axed and changed to a live broadcast Tuesday-Thursday at 5pm. The show lasted 25mins which included celebrity guests appearances. Sinead Kennedy was also the main co-host of the show with Katie Van Buren going outside the studio to speak to teens about their own issues. Jarlath and Stephen also join in with the conversation along with giving away prizes.
Elev8
Features comedy sketches and celebrity news. Elev8 show mad randomness in every episode with competitions, fashion advice and film and game reviews.
Dig It (Ireland)
Season 1 is finished.[clarification needed] An old explorer accidentally unleashed an evel spirit. She will summon teams of children to help banish him forever.
Watch Your Language
Currently on finished third season.[clarification needed] Team A and Team Z compete in a series of mental challenges.
The Mountain
Two teams compete in a obstacle course, hoping to reach the summit of The Mountain. Premiered January 21st only on TRTÉ. Season 2 is currently being filmed.
ABC Family
Trte are known for showing ABC Family Original Movie

Over holiday periods, along with movies, TRTE broadcast a selection of TV Specials, specials that have aired are: Wallace and Gromit, Monsters Vs Aliens: Mutant Pumpkins From Outer Space, Secrets of the Furious Five, Shrek The Halls and Merry Madagascar
