Buttar Sarinh (Gurmukhi) , sometimes spelled Buttar Sarin and Buttar Sharin, is a small Village situated on Sri Muktsar Sahib-Bathinda main road, at 21 km from Sri Muktsar Sahib and 31 km from Bathinda. This is specially a village of Buttar Jatts. The Villagers mostly attached to Agriculture in direct or indirect way. The Village mainly have two Religious places - one Gurudwara Sahib and a Dera Baba Bawa Sahib.

The village is 253 km from the capital of Chandigarh.

Economy

Agriculture is the main source of income. The main crops of the village are wheat and cotton.
