Yaacob bin Ibrahim (born 3 October 1955) is a politician from Singapore. A member of the governing People's Action Party (PAP), he is currently the country's Minister for Information, Communications and the Arts, and Minister-in-charge of Muslim Affairs. He previously served as the Minister for Community Development and Sports from 2003 to 2004, and as the Minister for the Environment and Water Resources from 2004 to 2011. He has been a Member of Parliament (MP) since 1997.

Yaacob served as Parliamentary Secretary and Senior Parliamentary Secretary at the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology before being appointed a Minister of State for at the Ministry of Community Development and Sports in November 2001.
In March 2002, Yaacob was appointed the Acting Minister for Community Development and Sports and Minister-in-charge of Muslim Affairs. He was made a full member of the Cabinet in May 2003.
In August 2004, Yaacob was appointed the Minister for the Environment and Water Resources.
