Sorting criteria?

What exactly constitutes a flag "with other color symbol"? Why is, for example, San Marino sorted as "blue and white with other color symbol", but Liechtenstein as "blue, red, yellow and black"? Some countries like Croatia are even listed twice. Seems rather inconsistent to me. Huon (talk) 00:35, 27 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]
