== Lack of citations ==

This article does not contain a single citation, and the 5 external links contain little to no information (indeed, 3 of them are dead links). The link "Video critical of Steve Capus and NBC News handling of the Cho Seung-hui materials" is particularly disturbing to see on an encyclopedia page, as I would suspect is clearly violates the NPOV and NOR policies. Also, lines such as "Capus has received criticism for many decisions he has had to make throughout his career - especially for those made during his time as NBC News president" seem like they should require at least some sort of cited support or explanation, for fear of violating BLPs policies. I would remove these myself, although I would prefer to let someone do it who knows something about Steve Capus or where to find reliable sources concerning him.
