::It's completely fine under fair use in Australia, where the document is sourced. From a legal point of view it is fine. However from a Wikipedia policy point of view there's a high chance someone will CC claim it and request deletion, so don't bother. I've looked everywhere for a photograph for this article that won't be arbitrarily deleted but cannot find one, although there are several hundred that could legally be used, again, policy won't allow it. Media release
