Films invite

Thank you for your recent contributions to one of Wikipedia's film-related articles. Given the interest you've expressed by your edits, have you considered joining WikiProject Films? We are a group of editors dedicated to improving the overall quality of Wikipedia's film-related content. If you would like to join, simply add your name to the list of participants. We also have a number of regional and topical task forces that you may be interested in joining as well.

If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask at the project talk page. We look forward to working with you in the future! Collectonian

You are now a Reviewer

Hello. Your account has been granted the "reviewer" userright, allowing you to review other users' edits on certain flagged pages. Pending changes, also known as flagged protection, will be commencing a two-month trial at approximately 23:00, 2010 June 15 (UTC).

Reviewers can review edits made by users who are not autoconfirmed to articles placed under flagged protection. Flagged protection is applied to only a small number of articles, similarly to how semi-protection is applied but in a more controlled way for the trial.

When reviewing, edits should be accepted if they are not obvious vandalism or BLP violations, and not clearly problematic in light of the reason given for protection (see Wikipedia:Reviewing process). More detailed documentation and guidelines can be found here.

If you do not want this userright, you may ask any administrator to remove it for you at any time. Courcelles (talk) 18:27, 15 June 2010 (UTC) [reply]

Just a note

You may want to take a look at three images you uploaded, File:VF-1S-Strike-Valkyrie-02.jpg, File:VF-1S-Strike-Valkyrie-01.jpg, and File:VF-1S-Strike-Valkyrie-03.jpg, then take a look at how they fall under Template:Non-free 3D art. These images don't qualify for release under a free license unless you get the permission of the manufacturer of the toys. However, they do qualify for fair use, as the aforementioned template states. I was made aware of these photos as a result of a request in the IRC wikipedia help chat, so any questions can be directed towards me (on my talk page), #wikipedia-en-help connect, or via Template:Helpme. Thanks, Ks0stm If you reply here, please leave me a {{Talkback}} message on my talk page. 17:20, 24 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

What's the tag code for said template? - Areaseven (talk) 00:20, 25 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
It is explained in Wikipedia:Non-free use rationale guideline, but to be honest, it is usually easier to find another, similar image and see how they did it. For example, File:Ultramagnus-universe3.jpg, File:Armada-thundercracker-zapmaster.jpg. Note, you will need to use a {{Non-free 3D art}} thingy and a {{Non-free use rationale}}. Hope that helps; if you need more help with it, put a {{helpme}} on this page, or talk to us live, with this.  Chzz  ►  15:00, 25 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Okay, done. Thanks. - Areaseven (talk) 05:19, 26 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Creating film articles

Hi Areaseven! Thank you for creating Superman Classic. When creating film articles, can you please put {{WikiProject Film}} on the talk page? This allows the project to keep track of all the film articles created. You can also put these on other film articles if they are lacking one. Thank you! Liveman (a.k.a. Ryulong's racist comment)

Don't patronize me in edit summaries. I wasn't going after typos. I was going after an idiot Filipino's insistence that the robots' names be prefaced with the definite particle "the".—Ryūlóng (竜龙) 02:39, 7 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Oh, you're being racist now, are you? - Areaseven (talk) 02:44, 7 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
No. The IP user is an idiot and he just happens to be Filipino.—Ryūlóng (竜龙) 17:53, 7 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
So what does his race have to do with being an idiot? - Areaseven (talk) 00:40, 8 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Re: New title to watch out for

Watchlisted it. Thanks! — Hunter Kahn 13:25, 24 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
