Südzucker AG is a German company, the largest sugar producer in Europe with an annual production of around 4.8 million tonnes.
Südzucker raises raw feedstock itself, processes them into plain sugar and various sugar products. Südzucker is the leader on European market, aiming at global leadership. The company is public and trades on Xetra under the ticker SZU.[2]
