Glen Tullman is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Allscripts Healthcare Solutions.[1] Glen joined Allscripts as CEO in August 1997. Previously, he was the CEO of Allscripts-Misys Healthcare Solutions, Inc. since August 1997 and Executive Vice-President of Allscripts-Misys Healthcare Solutions since September 2010. He was also the Executive Vice President of Misys plc, before the merger with Allscripts. He is the co-founder of SoCore Energy LLC as well.[2]

In April 2012 after a 45% drop in Allscripts stocks, Healthcor Management filed a notice of Exempt Solicitation with the SEC asking for Mr Tullman to resign as CEO.[3]
