Roberto Mouzo is a retired Argentine football defender. He was born on January 8, 1953, in the city of Avellaneda in the Buenos Aires Province of Argentina. He played the vast majority of his career for Club Atlético Boca Juniors of the Primera Division Argentina.
Playing career
Mouzo started his career in a 2-2 draw with Gimnasia de Mendoza on November 11, 1971. Mouzo went on to make a record 426 appearances for Boca in all competitions, 396 in the Argentine league. Making him the player with the most games in the history of Boca Juniors. Mouzo won 6 titles with Boca including the Copa Libertadores of 1977 and 1978.
Mouzo scored 24 goals during his career at Boca, 21 in the league and 3 in the 1977 Copa Libertadores.
Mouzo made his last appearance for Boca on December 16, 1984 in a 2-0 win against Rosario Central. After leaving Boca, Mouzo had short spells with Estudiantes de Río Cuarto and Club 9 de Octubre in Ecuador.

After retirement
Mouzo had a spell as youth coach at Boca before becoming interim coach coach in 1996 with Francisco Sá after the sacking of Carlos Bilardo.
