This article needs more clarity. Folks looking for a description of the SCOTUS decision, like me, are going to be confused. Maybe the links can be annotated? Maybe the lead can describe how they fit together? Or, maybe a single article of all cases? [[User:LaTeeDa|LaTeeDa]] ([[User talk:LaTeeDa|talk]]) 19:40, 28 June 2012 (UTC)

:The cases should be merged into one article. While they are legally separate cases, they all pertain to the same general topic, and to a large extent the arguments presented in each case were all presented before the court in NFIB v. Sebelius. Clarification needed

This article needs more clarity. Folks looking for a description of the SCOTUS decision, like me, are going to be confused. Maybe the links can be annotated? Maybe the lead can describe how they fit together? Or, maybe a single article of all cases? LaTeeDa (talk) 19:40, 28 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

The cases should be merged into one article. While they are legally separate cases, they all pertain to the same general topic, and to a large extent the arguments presented in each case were all presented before the court in NFIB v. Sebelius. Kari Hazzard (T | C) 21:16, 28 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
