Hello, it's not the usefulness of the reference or external link that's really the issue, it's their reliability. That reference is not a good source for a medical article since we strongly prefer journal articles, and I suspect that the person who added it had a conflict of interest. However, the "Signs" section seemed a little empty to me and as it turns out, it used to contain a lot more text, so I've restored the information that used to be there, since it's mostly well-sourced. Regarding the video, there is no authorship information on it and it could be a copyright violation, which should not be linked. A person using many IP addresses has been adding the link to various articles like this, this and this. I figure that if somebody is so desperate to get their links onto Wikipedia that they have to resort to tactics like that, something must be very wrong; also no long-term editors have ever added links to that site. Feel free to add a link to another childbirth video that isn't a copyright violation; anything from a large reputable organisation like the National Institutes of Health, the National Health Service or the Mayo Clinic would be fine. I've deleted the information because it is superfluous, as I explained on the Talk page of the article. Your accusation of vandalism is quite irritating.
