The first season of The Fairly OddParents is the first installment of the series. It first aired on March 30, 2001 with "The Big Problem / Power Mad".

The Big Problem: Faced with the hardships of being little, Timmy wishes to become an adult, with unsatisfying results. Then, after being informed that Cosmo and Wanda will be reassigned to a new child since fairies can ONLY grant wishes to children, Timmy, with their help, must find his inner child in order to wish himself young again.
Power Mad: Tired of his games being too childish, Timmy wishes for the most challenging video game ever. When Chester and A.J. come over unexpectedly, they end up transporting themselves into the game. Now, Timmy must enter the game himself and survive various levels of difficulty in order to reach his friends. Unfortunately, Timmy's new game uses so much energy that any appliance Vicky uses will cause power surges and most likely shut down the game. Will Timmy, A.J. and Chester be able to beat the game before the power goes out or be trapped in it...forever? is a parody of Tron (video game)
First Appearance: Chester, A.J., Francis, and Timmy's Mom and Dad are seen.

Spaced Out – After watching an episode of Crash Nebula, Timmy and his friends decide to act out their own version of the episode. Timmy figures the reenactment will be more realisitic with an authentic alien creature. So Cosmo and Wanda conjure up Mark Chang, prince of the planet Yugopotamia. Mark then captures Chester and A.J. (who don't know he's a real alien) and develops an affection for Vicky. Since magic cannot interfere with true love, Timmy, Cosmo and Wanda blast off to Yugopotamia to find Mark's parents so they can set things straight and bring Mark home.
TransParents – Timmy's teacher, Mr. Denzel Crocker, calls for a conference with Timmy's parents for a suspicious show-and-tell project. Not wanting to let his real parents find out, Timmy asks Cosmo and Wanda to pose as his parents. Crocker, who knows that Cosmo and Wanda are fairies, sets up traps for them to prove their existence. However, Principal Waxelplax is the one that gets trapped and gets mad at Crocker in the end.

A Wish Too Far – Wanting to fit in and fall in love with popular girl Trixie Tang, Timmy wishes to become popular, but he soon becomes more selfish about his wishes.
Tiny Timmy – In order to study about the human body, Cosmo and Wanda shrink Timmy so that he can explore Vicky's human body, but chaos soon ensues.

Father Time – After getting in trouble for melting his father's trophy with heat vision, Timmy wishes for a time-travelling scooter so he can go back in time to stop Dad from ever winning the aforementioned trophy. Unfortunately, Timmy's actions have changed the course of history when he returns to the present where Dad rules all of Dimmsdale and Cosmo and Wanda were never Timmy's godparents! Now, Timmy must go back to the past again to correct the damage he did to the timeline.
Apartnership – While celebrating the wedding anniversary of both his parents and godparents, Timmy is forced to travel to Fairy World when Cosmo leaves Wanda due to a misunderstanding.

Chin Up!- Timmy meets his favorite superhero, The Crimson Chin, but the discovery that he is fictional sends the hero into a deep depression. Timmy must now reverse this situation, and as a result he gains the superhero alter-ego of Cleft the Boy Chin Wonder. Parodies Last Action Hero.
Dog's Day Afternoon – Timmy wishes to switch brains with Vicky's dog, but swiftly discovers that the dog actually has it just as badly as he does.

Dream Goat – Feeling that Chompy the Goat needs freedom, Timmy wishes him free. But when Vicky is spotted near Chompy's pen, she is accused of setting Chompy free and is arrested. Timmy must get Chompy back!
The Same Game – Timmy is being made fun of by Dr. Bender and his son Wendell because of his large buck teeth, so he wishes for everyone to look the same. Everyone then turns into gray blobs. Since the fairies cannot find their godchildren, they began exploding and turning into dust. When Cosmo and Wanda go out to look for Timmy, they have no luck. Cosmo then turns to dust and Wanda is about to. She found Timmy for wishing everyone turn back to normal, but Wanda turn into the dust.

7"Christmas Everyday"December 12, 2001107

Timmy has a wonderful Christmas so he wishes it was Christmas every day, but then the other holiday spirits become jealous and force Timmy to race to the North Pole in an attempt to save Santa.
