George Henry Parsons (June 28, 1914 in Toronto, Ontario – June 30, 1998) is a retired professional ice hockey player who played 64 games in the National Hockey League. He played with the Toronto Maple Leafs.

In March 1939 Toronto Maple Leafs left winger George Parsons lost his left eye in an injury during an NHL game at Maple Leaf Gardens against the Chicago Black Hawks. The NHL forced Parsons to retire.
