Story

Chapter 1 - Banthus, the El Thief
One day, Banthus and his thieves stole the El shards from the Ruben village and ran away. Elsword and his El Search Party tried to chase them to take the El back. Hagus, the village chief of Ruben told them that Banthus and the thieves might have gone to Elder village.

Chapter 2 - The Chase! Banthus!
Chief Hagus has suggested that Elsword and his Party chat with Hoffman from Elder Village. Both Hoffman and Lenphad have informed Elsword and his Party that Banthus is hiding out in a cave. They started to chase Banthus again but failed to catch him. On the way, they found a letter written by Lord Wally of Elder. The letter states that Wally commanded Banthus to steal the El. This leaves Elsword and his Party no choice but to turn to Luichel, the former thief, for help to get into Wally's Kingdom.

Chapter 3 - The Secret of Wally's Castle
Elsword and his Party finally obtained the key to Wally's Castle from the soldier in the suburbs of Elder. The castle was mainly used to manufacture Nasods using the stolen El and taxes paid by innocent villagers. Elsword and his Party destroy Wally No. 8 but Wally flees with the rest of the El Shards.

Chapter 4 - Wally's Whereabouts
Hoffman told Elsword and his Party that Wally ran to Bethma Village. Soon after, they all went to Bethma to ask Stella, the sheriff of the town, to look for Wally. Stella gathered information from the townspeople and found out the Wally MK2 was hiding in the mining area of Bethma. Elsword and his Party traced his footsteps there and defeated him once again. Wally had been secretly trying to produce more powerful Nasods through the special minerals from the mining areas in Bethma. Originally, those minerals were utilized to build the giant cargo airship but Wally had evil and selfish intentions. When the Party encountered and destroyed Wally No. 9 they found more clues to tracking down Wally. However during their battle, someone secretly stole the El and destroyed the air ship.

Chapter 5 - The Uprising Problem of Bethma
The Lizardmen who were once friendly to the villagers of Bethma, suddenly turned hostile and started to attack them. Elsword and his Party sought the alchemist of the town named Chacha Buch. From Chacha Buch, the Party received hypnotizing potions to capture and dispel the Lizardmen and Berauk. Kayak the Shaman possessed the Lizardmen, but when he was defeated, the Lizardmen went back to normal and started to regain the people's trust again.

Chapter 6 - The Floating Island, Altera
Elsword and his Party ended up crashing in Altera Village. They soon begin to realize that it was the Black Crow battleship that attacked Wally's Airship. Adel has helped the Party arrange a surprise attack on Raven. Raven was defeated by the Party, and he realized that he was making a mistake all along. He then decided to join forces with his opponents. Raven decided to help the team find the El, so he led the Party to Altera Core to get the stolen El back from King Nasod.

Chapter 7 - Total War!
The El Search Party reached the Nasod Foundry, located at the base of Altera Island. They have successfully destroyed the production line to stop the assembly of Nasods, and came face to face with Raven's clone—Crow Rider. Crow Rider was guarding the elevator that connects to Altera core but was defeated by Elsword and his gang. They finally defeated King Nasod and returned Ruben Village's El Shard. The rest of the Party then left to start their journey through the continent all over again.

Chapter 8 - Bad Omens
A messenger from Feita has notified Stella in Bethma Village that there was an invasion by an Evil Force. Elsword and his Party decided to go there to see what all the fuss is about. Feita has a shrine for the El, but the demons has begun destroying the gate. Elsword and his Party need to save the El in the shrine before the demons get to it!

Chapter 9 - Invaders from the Other World
When Elsword and his Party entered the Chapel in the center of Feita, they realized a Dark El was contaminating the area. The secretary of Feita named Allegro, has warned the Party that the Evil Force is to blame for the corruption of the Dark El. The Party broke into the Altar to defeat the Evil Forces that were protecting the Dark El and closed the gate off, so that Feita can finally be in peace again.

Chapter 10 - Velder is in Danger
Velder, the Capital City, has fallen under the Demon Forces who have been hiding the stolen El Shards. Residents have set up a station on the outskirts of Velder so that they can have better access to the Kingdom. They planned to attack from the residential areas first.

Chapter 11 - Kingdom in Captivity
When Elsword and his Party reached the Kingdom, it was already burning, and the Evil Forces and the Dark Elves were to blame. After numerous fights, they finally retrieved the Evil Force plans and decided to enter through the Southern Gate, seeing there were only a few guards there. Soon after, the Party arrived at the Southern Gate and realized that it was a trick and found all the guards waiting for them there. The guards were almost all defeated until Chloe summoned the Dark Nephilim. They used magic and previously learned skills to destroy the Dark Nephilim and escaped the Southern Gate. The Centurion of Velder named Vanessa asked Elsword and his Party to deliver a rescue letter all the way across the sea to the other side of the continent.

Chapter 12 - Hamel Fell in Darkness
After the events that took place in Velder, a new struggle rises for Elsword and his Party in Hamel. The Red Knights have decided to retreat to Velder to help fight against the demon invasion, and it is now up to the El Search Party to help protect Hamel. It appears there is some mysterious power in the demon spirits that threatens Hamel.

Chapter 13 - Secrets of the Temple
Elsword and his Party have now decided to head to the Temple of Frozen Water. Along their journey, news have spread that Chung's Father, Helputt had turned wicked and Rod Ross had planned with Ran, the leader of the devils, to steal the Water Seal to create unimaginable power. Even some of the Red Knights have turned over to the dark side. The El Search Party decides to go rescue the Water Priestess from Ran the Dark Earl and save Hamel from crisis.

Characters

Elsword

The title character, Elsword is a swordsman who excels at close range combat. He's quick on his feet and can hack and slash with the best of them. Not only can he dish it out but he can take a lot of punishment as well. His only real weakness is magic but in his mind, there's nothing a sharp piece of steel can't beat.

His sister, Elsa, was a well-known remarkable swordsman. However, one day, she led a mission and never returned, prompting Elsword to search for her.

Aisha

Aisha is a mage who relies on her spell casting abilities to inflict major damage to an opponent. She also has the abilities to attack multiple targets at once. All of the Mage's spells are elemental, meaning she can gain an advantage by tailoring her attacks to a monsters natural element. In hand to hand combat, she favors the staff.

She is a curious adventurer who tries to expand her magic as much as possible. However, she came across a strange ring that absorbed all her magical knowledge, and was told that the El was the source of this event.

Rena

Rena is an elven marksman with ranged weapons but can call on the elements to fuel her magic attacks as well. When cornered, though, she has no problem striking enemies with her awesome kicks. She also has the ability to seemingly fly through the air with her double jump.

There is nothing known about her history. Instead, the elves were driven to near extinction with the power of the El fading, and Rena was dispatched to restore it.

Raven

Raven was a fellow commoner with a troubled past. He was disliked by noblemen and it was only a matter of time before he was framed right to prison. When his fellow comrades and his finacee broke him out, they were all killed right before his eyes, and he was left to die. He was rescued by the Nasods, who instead corrupted him with Human-Nasod argumentation via a mechanical arm; the AI programming was imperfect and therefore drove Raven to insanity. The arm drove him to vengeance, only to be thwarted by Elsword and company: Raven believes he can atone what he had done by joining Elsword.

This adult swordsman relies on swordplay abilities along with brute bursts of power from his Nasod arm.

Eve

Eve, an upper-class Nasod, was once called 'The Little Queen of Nasods'. Her nation relied heavily on the power of the El, and when that power declined, a war between Nasod and Humans broke out. Eve went into hibernation and slumbered for thousands of years. One day, she woke up when an El Shard accidentally entered her preservation unit. Saddened and alone in the present time, Eve decides to restore the missing El, in hopes of reviving the Nasod kingdom.

As the Queen of Nasods, Eve relies on her Nasod gears and robotics in combat.

Chung

Members of the Seiker family are known protectors of Hamel City, the capital of Senace Kingdom. It is to this name that Chung was born. Widely known as Prince Seiker, Chung was trained for combat from his early years. When Senace Kingdom came under attack, his father devoted himself to defending it. Unfortunately, the demon possessed him, causing him to lose all control of his own body, and the noble fighter unwittingly came to lead the enemies to attack Hamel. The Prince tried to hold his father to try and stop him, but got seriously wounded by him.

With the help of Elsword and his friends, Chung escapes the battlefield and is on the way to recovering from his wounds. Meanwhile, most parts of Senace are now occupied by the demons. He then decides to leave Hamel to the Red Knights and go with Elsword to train and become stronger than ever. He swears to himself that he will not use the Seiker name and will call himself Chung until he returns to save Hamel and take the Water El back from the demons.

Chung has two advanced classes, the ranged Deadly Chaser and the close-combat Iron Paladin, which were unveiled in August 2012.[1]
