Eugene Tsui is an architect based in Emeryville, California. He apprenticed under architect Bruce Goff and received a bachelor of architecture from the University of Oregon, along with graduate studies at the University of California, Berkeley where he earned two masters and a doctorate.[1] He theorized that the two-mile-high Ultima Tower, which would house one million people over 500 floors, could be built.[2]
