The section devoted to his personal life is, in a word, hilarious. "Having obtained some of the strict, hard-working attitude from his father, David excelled in his youth ..."? Discussion of tenure at Northwestern
I removed a section that basically uses materials prepared by Van Zandt's staff to praise him.
I think that some discussion of his very controversial tenure should be included, but I am not going to write it because:
1. I lack sufficient knowledge and
2. I am cautious about including negative information on a personal bio page.
