Drivers

I don't get it how being able to drive a car does not change an accident risk? If my driving skills are above average, it is natural to assume I would be better at avoiding accidents that some newbie who just got his license. 178.94.40.21 (talk) 13:56, 21 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
