Sukiyabashi Jiro (すきやばし次郎, Sukiyabashi Jirō) is a Michelin Guide 3-star[1] sushi restaurant in Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo, Japan, owned and operated by sushi master Jiro Ono.[2] A two-star restaurant is located at Roppongi Hills in Minato, Tokyo.[3][4]

Acclaim

French chef Joël Robuchon says that the restaurant is one of his favorites in the world and taught him that sushi is an art.[5]

Media

Sukiyabashi Jiro was the subject of the 2011 documentary film Jiro Dreams of Sushi.[6]
