I've updated many Wikipedia articles in the past and finally decided I should at least sign my name to them so they know who to blame. • Component level troubleshooting, certified in micro-miniature board level repair.
• Worked for CompuServe from 1990 - 2002 in Network Operations functions (I was with the Network Services side of the company).
• Has used punched tape and punched cards and worked on mini computers, PCs, touched tubes and wires - oh my!
