The first official Romanian Top 100 edition of 2013 was premierly presented on Kiss FM Romania on January 14, 2012 by VJ Cristi Nitzu under the title "Airplay 100".
Men in This Town is a song by Colombian recording artist and songwriter Shakira for her sixth studio album entitled She Wolf (2009). It was written by Shakira herself, along with collaborators John Hill and Sam Endicott, with production helmed by Shakira and the former. The song was recorded during the She Wolf sessions at the Compass Point Studios in Nassau, Bahamas during 2009. It resembles the EDM influences present throughout the album and it is driven by an electric guitar with a heavily pronounced synthline in its instrumentation. Lyrically, the song talks about Shakira's experiences while relocating to Los Angeles, California in order to pursue a music career and unimpressed by the men who reside in the area.

This is a list of singles that have peaked in the top-ten of the Romanian Top 100 during 2013 (see 2013 in music). The entry date marks the week during which the respective song entered the top-ten for the first time. A possible re-entry of a song is disregarded. Songs that were present in the top ten in 2013, but peaked in 2012 are listed in List of Romanian Top 100 top 10 singles in 2012. So far, the longest-sitting top-ten hit is "Oliver Twist" by D'Banj.
The song received positive reviews from music critics who deemed it as a standout on the album and it was a fan's favorite. Shakira herself stated that "Men in This Town" is "one of, if not, my favorite track on the whole album" during her YouTube interview. The song was never released as a single, but Billboard granted on the song's potential as a worldwide hit had it been released.

In late 2008, after completing work on the soundtrack EP Love in the Time of Cholera, Shakira started songwriting sessions for her then-upcoming third English studio album. Following the recent wave and all the involvement in EDM and synthpop music, she wanted to interpolate the new sound into her new record. The new album was entitled She Wolf and it was preceded by the lead single of the same name.

Template:Romanian Top 100 The Romanian Top 100 is the national airplay-based singles chart of Romania. It is weekly and it started running in 1996. It is recognized as an official chart by the European division of Billboard, Music & Media. The Romanian Top 100 should not be confused with the Romanian Radio Airplay Chart.

The first official Romanian Top 100 edition of 2013 was premierly presented on Kiss FM Romania on January 14, 2012 by VJ Cristi Nitzu under the title "Airplay 100".
