I would like to comment on what RHaworth has told regarding MTB Nagaraj. Please go to google search and type in MTB Nagaraj you will get latest information about him. B.N.BacheGowda has been defeated in the 2004 Assembly election in Hoskote Constituency which comes under Bangalore District North. But Mr.RHaworth Sir has told that a web page has mentioned that B.N.BacheGowda has won, yes it is true but it was in 1999 Assembly election and not in 2004 assembly election as said by the author. And Regarding leaving space after fullstop it will be corrected and I am sorry for the same. I hope now the things will be cleared.

Note to posters: Let's try to keep conversations together and easily readable. If you post to my talk page, I will just reply here. If I posted recently to another talk page, including your talk page, then that means I have it on my watchlist and will just read responses there. Thanks. Kchase02 (T) I just sent a message to a dozen people that included the sentence "Enjoy your memorial day!" I really didn't put much thought into the fact that the holiday commemorates fallen soldiers. I'm sorry if I offended anyone.

You tagged this as an article for deletion. As a category, it should however go to WP:CFD. LambiamTalk 01:58, 16 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Intro at Opus Dei: "created"/"founded"

Hi. Thanks for your comment. I based the principles behind the wording on Pedro Rodriguez, et al,'s work Opus Dei in the Church 1994. He said there that Opus Dei is a "self-development" of the Church, a theological or ecclesiological statement referring to the church as a whole, i.e. hierarchy and laypeople...the communion. So the word "created" refers, broadly and theologically, to all the Catholics have done to set it up-- from Escriva (Catholic priest who "founded" it, a term confirmed by the Pope John Paul II), his followers (Catholics), the hierarchy who supported him (Catholic bishops), up to John Paul II (Pope representing the entire Church) who gave the legal "dress", the prelature. Thus, after the statement on being "created", there is another statement specifying the meaning of the general term "created": that is was "founded" by Escriva and "established" by JP II. Now, from a more canonical viewpoint, the term "created" can also refer more strictly to the "erection" of Opus Dei as personal prelature done by John Paul II. The word "creation" is more understandable in the English-speaking world. I hope this helps. Marax 07:55, 20 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

The user removed your afd tag, though in this case it may make sense to stick with speedy; it's already been deleted several times, and doesn't have a prayer in AFD. OhNoitsJamieTalk 23:25, 10 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

If the project is sleeping my advice is to wake it up! Make it your own - find people who work on SCOTUS cases and message them to get involved (or re-involved) in the project! As for the infoboxes, those really are more friendly to lawyers than lay persons, but we should also strive for consistency. Mention your concern to Postdlf, as he has been most involved in them, and start a conversation on the topic on the aforementioed project's talk page. Cheers! Withdrawing on AFD

You more-or-less did so already, but if you just write "I'd like to withdraw the nomination" or something similar, that should do it. -Hit bull, win steak 18:48, 11 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

It's best to let the closing admin take care of that. -Hit bull, win steak 18:58, 11 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Looks like I led you astray, but it's been closed, so all's well that ends well. The stub looks good. -Hit bull, win steak 20:05, 11 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Infobox US Supreme Court Case

Ok, it's more or less done. What do you think? Dread Lord CyberSkull ✎☠ 23:11, 12 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, I deprodded this an userfied it. You can be bold and just do that kind of thing yourself... but if you want something to end up with some other fate than deletion, WP:PROD really isn't the best way to go about it, because it always ends in deletion. I'm going to mark the redirect for speedy deletion now. Cheers! Mangojuicetalk 20:49, 15 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Home and Away page recreations

Hey. How are you

Well that' enough small talk.

You seem to be recreating pages for Home and Away characters that were deleted per an AfD debate.

  • With that, I didn't realise there was that Afd Debate. It's amazing what you learn. Anyway, if I did know I wouldn't have started what I did. The main reason was that I felt that the main cast (former and current) needed their own history. I was naively hoping someone would extend what I started because judging by the amount of people who watch the show and come on here the histories would have extended. That and well if some "dumb" programmes have individual character pages then why not H&A.

Such content is eligible for speedy deletion, and I doubt you'll find any editor who agrees with you marking these changes as minor.

  • My bad. My profile keeps the minor edit ticked and sometime when I "untick" it it still gets ticked so I basically 1) gave up caring about the tickbox and 2) forget to untick it when I start a new page.

Need to know anything else?

Talk: Boxipuss

This page does appear in yahoo and if you took more time before jumping to a conclusion you might of realised that it was up for deletion but then was unselected following a discussion. If you want some evidence I recomend you to talk to User Porge. I am also not stating the Boxipuss ever exist however it is for sure a popular myth throughout Malaysia. Hypno-Chip Article

Hypno-Chip can't be it's own article, but Energo sword and Wash'n'Roll can? Dr Archeville 19:17, 24 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I did merge Hypno-Chip rather quickly after you created it. It might merit a stand-alone if it had more content, IMHO. Were you planning on adding more? I wouldn't object to recreating the page if you're going to expand upon it. As to the other articles you mentioned, I didn't notice them when I merged Hypno-Chip. Seeing them now, I'd say that the Energo Sword article could be safely merged into Dinobots, but the Wash'n'Roll article better stands alone. --Kchase02 (T) 19:41, 24 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

It is O.K. to keep. Some scientists use it normally.
