This show gives homage to 100 years of Indian Cinema. It is currently among the highest TRP shows of television. It is also one of the most popular shows on Colors TV.
Overview
Madhubala,a story of a girl born on the sets of a Bollywood film. "Madhubala" is a gripping story of middle class aspirations, values and desires, set against the backdrop of Bollywood.

Production
The series replaced the show Veer Shivaji. Because their organisation is named after the Sambhaji of Shivaji, the Sambhaji Brigade objected to the cancellation and threatened to wreck the sets.
