XO & Co. Inc. is a record label founded by singer Abel Tesfaye. The label is based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada and was officially created in 2012. XO & Co. Inc. consists of Abel Tesfaye and his photographer Lamar Taylor, Hyghly Alleyne, and management provided by Jake Wilson and Arash "Cash Up" Esmailian.
