Unsourced updates

I've removed the unsourced section claiming Ian is to join Velvet Revolver. The article claimed this was based on an announcement made by Matt Sorum but as far as anyone in the VR community knows no such announcement has been made so the comment was removed unless and until a source can be found. "Despite the Cult's even greater success through their mainstream hit single "Fire Woman" (from the followup 1989 album Sonic Temple), Astbury relocated to Los Angeles, California." I'm not sure what this means? Was moving to LA seen as a failure of some sort? If so this should be sourced. Editengine (talk) 19:42, 9 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

The article currently says, "The dent in their reputation was amplified by..." -- but there is no mention of any "dent" in their reputation prior to this point in the article.
