"The Il-14 soldiered on in the Soviet Union until the 1980s, and also in other small and poor nations like Cuba and Vietnam." As far as I know, Cuba used the richest Caribbean country and Vietnam is quite large (in fact, it has a population greater than Germany). Soviet Union was neither small nor poor. This sounds like some sort of Yankee-Doodle propaganda, it is definitely not neutral.

Small and Poor

"The Il-14 soldiered on in the Soviet Union until the 1980s, and also in other small and poor nations like Cuba and Vietnam." As far as I know, Cuba used to be the richest Caribbean country and Vietnam is quite large (in fact, it has a population greater than Germany). Soviet Union was neither small nor poor. This sounds like some sort of Yankee-Doodle propaganda, it is definitely not neutral.
