Can someone please add that the Special Limited Edition is in fact an Asia-only release, with http://www.cduniverse.com/productinfo.asp?pid=7015508&style=music&fulldesc=T as the source? I don't know how to do it. There is also a VIP Edition with an extensive bonus CD released in Europe in 2005.
