Taylor C. Wallace, PhD, FACN, is an American food science expert. He is the Senior Director of Science Policy and Government Relations at the National Osteoporosis Foundation (NOF)[1] and the Senior Director of Scientific and Clinical Programs at the National Bone Health Alliance (NBHA).[2]
Biography
Wallace received a PhD and an MS in Food Science and Nutrition from Ohio State University and a BS in Food Science and Technology from the University of Kentucky.[3] He served as the senior director of scientific & regulatory affairs at the Council for Responsible Nutrition (CRN).[4]
Wallace is a Trustee and acting Treasurer of Feeding Tomorrow, the Foundation of the Institute of Food Technologists.[5] He is a fellow of the American College of Nutrition, and a member of the editorial board for the Journal of the American College of Nutrition.[6] Wallace is the co-editor of Anthocyanins in Health and Disease Prevention[7] Wallace is a member of the Institute of Food Technologists, the American Society of Nutrition, the American College of Nutrition, and the Phi Tau Sigma Honor Society for Food Science and Technology.[citation needed]
