Aida Rodriguez (Born: Aida Margarita Paradas Rodriguez, August 29, 1977) is an American comedian of Puerto Rican/ Dominican descent.[1] She is also an actress,[2] producer[3] and writer.[4]

Early life

Born in Boston, Massachusetts and taken to the Dominican Republic shortly after. She attended Florida State University majoring in English. Leaving FSU to pursue a career in modeling before graduation. She was recruited by modeling agency IMG the agency of Tyra Banks at the time. She married Omar Ellison of the San Diego Chargers, after a bout of anorexia and a divorce, she turned to comedy for healing.
