Formal mediation has been requested

The Mediation Committee has received a request for formal mediation of the dispute relating to "Gonzalo Lira". As an editor concerned in this dispute, you are invited to participate in the mediation. Mediation is a voluntary process which resolves a dispute over article content by facilitation, consensus-building, and compromise among the involved editors. Please take a few moments to read this page on using self-published sources. We cannot use self-published sources like blogs to support claims about 3rd parties. Adding information using such sources as a reference is considered a violation of Wikipedia's policy on policy on living persons and should be removed immediately.

Also, there is a limit on reverting, or the number of times you can change an article, called WP:3RR, limiting each person to 3 reverts in a 24 hour period. However, reverting edits that violation the BLP policy is not affected by that limit. The edits you've made to the Gonzalo Lira article are easily beyond the 3RR limit and you are at risk for being blocked from editing because of that.
