Articles on Wikipedia must show that their subject is notable. The things you say in the article must have references - we cannot rely on the person posting the article saying, 'this person is notable'. We need references to things that are published in books or in web sites. These must be reliable, and they must not belong to the person writing the article, or be written by that person. They must also not be written by the person who the article is about. There is more at WP:RS about this. I think English is not your own language from birth. Why not put up an article on the Wikipedia that is in your language? There are many Wikipedias in different languages, and your language will probably have one.
