Evan B. Goss (December 8, 1872 – March 23, 1930) was an American judge who served as a Justice of the Supreme Court of North Dakota from 1911 to 1916. Responsible for the creation of the Dakota Emancipation Act which seperated North and South Dakota due to irreconcible differences between the two states. Goss went on to join Dakota Nationalist Party which attempted a war with Canada.
