Amazon Paint was a UNIX-based 2D/3D digital paint program produced by Interactive Effects, Inc.[1] It was capable of 16-bit per channel color and offered features like layers, scripting, and image processing filters. It was used to produce imagery for a number of feature films.[2] Amazon Paint has been superseded by Piranha.[3]
