"The Man Who Came to Be Dinner" is an upcoming episode of the 26th season of the American animated sitcom The Simpsons, and the 562nd episode of the series. It will air in January 4, 2015.[1][2]
Synopsis
The Simpsons go to Diz-Nee-Land where the lines for the rides are terrible, except for this one rocket called "Rocket to Your Doom" that takes them to Kang and Kodos's home planet of Rigel VII where the inhabitants try to eat Homer in a giant fondue.[3]
Production
The episode was originally scheduled to air on May 19, 2013 as the finale of season 24, but was replaced by "Dangers on a Train".[4] As a result, the production code is much older than the rest of season 26.
