France or Holland company

Is it a company from France or Holland? Because in the text it is stated that it is from Holland but at the bottom of the page it is listed as a French company. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 186.136.150.86 (talk) 03:57, 28 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

The company Axalto NV was Dutch, Gemplus was French - Axalto became Gemalto at the start of the merger. ^[1]
