Om Unit is a London electronic producer and DJ known for his work in electronic music and drum and bass. Originally producing jungle under the name Jim Coles, he then turned to turntablism as 2tall. [3] He first released under the name Om Unit in 2010, with the record label Civil Music. The next year, in 2011, he partnered with Machinedrum to create a jungle based electronic duo. [6] Om Unit also heads his own label, Cosmic Bridge with the likes of Shigeto, Take, Moresounds, Kromestar and more. [7] He was also selected to be apart of Red Bull Music Academy's class of 2011 in Madrid with Kidkanevil, Kutmah and others. [8]
