{{AFC comment|1=First it was because I needed to inline the sources. Now it says it's because he isn't notable: "Submission is about a person who does not meet notability guidelines."... But he is notable! His work in singularity theory is widely discussed in books and articles from mathematicians from many countries. For example, on his joint work with [[Norbert A’Campo|A'Campo]], Google provides many results: https://www.google.com.br/?gws_rd=ssl#tbm=bks&q=a%27campo+gusein-zade+monodromy+curve https://www.google.com.br/?gws_rd=ssl#tbm=bks&q=%22by+gusein-zade%22 https://www.google.com.br/?gws_rd=ssl#q=a%27campo+gusein-zade+plane+curves&start=20 ... He is co-author of a book with more than 2200 citations and many other things... It seems that you want the article to be perfect from the beginning –and made perfect by a single person! Why can't I publish this as a start? It's likely that afterwards more people will appear to help building the article. There are articles about him in German and Russian, I don't see why there can't be one in English...
