Sam "Sammy" Arnold is an English born, Irish Professional Rugby player with Ulster Rugby He featured at both 12 and 13 during the 2014/15 season for Ulster. Making his debut v Dragons as an Eighteen year old.

He was born in Surrey, England on 8 April 1996.

Arnold is known for his footwork, power and handling ability.
