: I still don't understand the difference that makes this page a rewiev, but doesn't make, for example [[University_of_Turku|University of Turku]] and [[Wikimedia_Foundation|Wikimedia Foundation]]. As a person, who is planning on still contributing to Wikipedia, I would greatly appreciate to be explained. The text only contains figures and referred facts. There is no ambiguous phrasing, such as "is the best" or "high quality". The most vague and promotional part that I find is "The purpose of TUCS is to coordinate the education, research and societal interaction of the affiliate Universities in the field of ICT.", which for me appears similar to the Wikimedia foundation's "The Wikimedia Foundation's stated goal is to develop and maintain open content, wiki-based projects and to provide the full contents of those projects to the public free of charge."
