Hi- How do I make corrections to the article title? Is there a way to rename the title? thanks --Atlanta06 02:00, 5 August 2006 (UTC)

To do this, on the top of the page, near the "edit this page" tab, there is a "move" button to the right of the "history" tab. Then type in the page's new title. Be very careful about doing this to a "big" page - it can have huge consequences, and in some cases, can be considered vandalism if done wrongly. Hey Zappa.jake, I was just wondering what happened to my page (Family Service Agency of San Francisco). I created it today and for some reason it is not showing up on the search. Please help —The preceding unsigned comment was added by fsasf (talk • contribs) .

The most likely answers to your question were that you either created the page incorrectly, or that your page was deleted. Family Service Agency of San Fransisco does not exist, nor does it have anything in its deletion log. Same goes for FSASF and Fsasf. If you did not create the page correctly, the text cannot be salvaged. If you think you did create it correctly, you may have created it at the wrong location. Yeah.. I have a question. How Do I insert Images on sections (example: Put a new image/coa-cola logo)? I read about it and tried, but I just cant, I quite dont understand. Thanks. MegaCatZero 19:31 pm 4 August 2006

Here's what I did to insert the image to the right. I searched Wikipeia for Coca-Cola, and found Coca-Cola. I then found the logo on the page, and clicked on the image. I was sent to the page of the picture. At the top, where you would normally see the title of the article, it said Image:CocaCola.gif. I copied that, and then put [[Image:CocaCola.gif|right|200px|hello]] on my page. That means that the image of the logo is the image to be seen, that the picture would be on the right side of the page, that the picture would be 50 pixels wide, and that the caption would say "hello". You don't have to specify the location, size, or a caption if you don't wish to. Also, you may want to see the image tutorial. I hope I've helped - don't hesitate to ask with any more questions. questions

Thanks for your help. I tend to write pages and articles to help people. I used to have a WHOLE romanian encyclopedia on my personal website but nobody was using it and i stopepd updating it.

Questions:
-1- somebody delete a page i created called "adventure running" - are they supposed to put a reason somewhere?
-2- i created a page "bad water ultramarathon" - i just found out it is spelled "badwater" with no space -and that page exists .. dduuuhh :-) ... so how can i delete the page i created ?

First of all, sorry to hear about your failure with the Romanian encylopedia - sounds like fun. Hope you enjoy your time here. Regarding question number run, if you go to the page you created (which no longer exists), follow the link to the deletion log, and there will be a reason there as to why the page was deleted. To delete your already-existing page, put something along the lines of {{db|This page already exists at [[Badwater marathon]].}}. This puts a tag on the page marking it for speedy deletion with the reason you specified. Hope I've helped, later, zappa.jake (talk) 05:43, 5 August 2006 (UTC)
