Steven Michael Goodman is an American Professor of Medicine and of Health Research and Policy (Epidemiology) at Stanford School of Medicine.[1]

Life

He graduated with an AB (Bachelor of Arts) in Biochemistry and Applied Math from Harvard College in 1976. He received an MD from New York University in 1981, qualified as a Pediatrician in 1985, received an MHS, Biostatistics (1987) and a PhD (1989) Epidemiology from Johns Hopkins School of Public Health.

Co-director, along with John Ioannidis, of the Meta-Research Innovation Center at Stanford (METRICS)
