Amber Dalton (born 1981) is a Canadian printmaking artist, who lives in Regina, Saskatchewan. She is known for her printmaking skills. She majored in Print Media at Medicine Hat College and in 2010 earned a Bachelor in Fine Arts degree from the University of Regina.

Dalton served as assistant artistic director with the Gateway Festival in Bengough, Saskatchewan.
