(LMD) stands for Licence Master Doctorate[1]. It is a European Educational System[2] designed by the Bologna Process[3]. The Licence-Master-Doctorate also known as LMD reform is intended to standardize the educational system in European universities in order to harmonize study norms in terms of content, curriculum, syllabus and course credits. This reform is mainly based on a schema that offers three types of degrees after the completion of these levels[4] : licence (Bachelor), Master and Doctorate (PhD); in which students pursue their studies following a calendar based on semesters and study-units (credits).
