Welcome to Files for Upload, part of WikiProject Articles for creation. This process was created to allow unregistered users to add new files to Wikipedia with the assistance of experienced Wikipedians. If you would like to upload an image yourself, you can create an account and after four days and 10 edits you will be autoconfirmed and able to upload files. However, please consider uploading free files over at the Wikimedia Commons (instructions for creating an account there can be found here).

Reviewing requests

If you are an experienced editor, then you can help out by reviewing requests. Make sure you're familiar with Wikipedia's policies on non-free content (or simplified version). Learn about Wikipedia's various copyright tags. Read the guide on how to review file upload requests. Note that this page's editnotice contains an expandable cheat sheet with all the templates used in reviewing requests. After uploading the file tag its talk page with {{subst:WPAFCF}}. Remember to subst all templates. Notify the requester at their talk page using {{subst:ffu talk}} ~~~~ whenever you act on their request. You are responsible for anything you upload, so make sure you are comfortable that the file satisfies Wikipedia's policies first. If the file is non-free, then you must insert the file in the appropriate article right away in order to comply with the non-free content criteria.

Vidyasagar Medavaram(MRM Eswarachandra Vidyasagar,MRMEC Vidyasagar)

Description: Vidyasagar Medavaram (Medavaram Vidyasagar,MRMEC Vidyasagar) is an artist,great writer,poet and musician . M.R.M. Eswara Chandra vidyasagar has invented/created *72 bhashanga melakartha ragas with 12 swaras* in each of them(which are very new and unknown to the world of "classical music")and derived *84 janya ragas* from each of those Melakarthas.Thus *72* melakartha and *6048* janya ragas are born. He also created another raga "*SARVA SWARA SAGARA*" with *16* swaras. He also has written 73 Siva keerthanas and composed swaras in the above said Ragas and also written 12 Vishnu (Sri nemali gunda ranganayaka swami keerthanas with Janya ragas taking each from a *chakra*(there are 12 chakras in classical music)and prepared a book by name *"Sastreeya bhashanga sangeetham"* which is to be published.Basically he is a teacher who worked in Govt.Town model high school in kurnool(Andhra Pradesh,I ndia) and started a music school there.He was born and raised in prakasham district,A.P.He has performed vocal and played in pouranik natakas in places like Srisailam,Yagandi,Kanipakam etc.and can play instruments like keyboard,Harmonium and Violin etc. He has also written and composed *Na,Ma,Si,Va,Ya* pancha ratha keerthanas on lord siva which include "*Mridanga sabdhas*" along with swaras for charanams. 'Na'bhajharipathi-Nabhomani raga-Adithalam 'Ma'rudhweechikalu-malayamarutham-Adithala 'Si'khinethra-Deepakam-Adithalam 'Va'rijanabha-Varunapriya Ragam-Adithalam 'Ya'jnahara-Yagapriya Raham-Adithalam

                   In addtion to this,he has also written and composed another 30 krithis in praise od lord Shiva in sampradaya ragas which include *Dr.Mangalampalli Balamurali krishna's* "Lavangi"(which has been composed by taking his permission to do so) All the above mentioned keerthanas are being sung by M.R.M.Vidyasagar only in concerts for the time being.The New 72 bhashanga melakartha ragas created by him are

Comment: I've already denied this once on invalid fair use grounds and I'm not about to accept it and upload it under my name. The painter's statement that they would allow Wikipedia to use it is unacceptable for our licensing requirements and really doesn't play into the fair use license anyways. If they want to release the painting to us under a Creative Commons license they are more than welcome to do so. Otherwise, I'll just leave this open for someone else (which will probably be a while since I'm pretty much the only one that does these requests). --Majora (talk) 05:42, 25 September 2016 (UTC)
