LT83 Canal 3 de Rosario is an Argentine private, over-the-air television station broadcasting from Rosario, province of Santa Fe. Founded on June 10, 1965, it was the third Argentina television station. Channel 3 is operated by Grupo Televisión Litoral.

Channel 3 started broadcasting in color on May 1, 1980, using the PAL-N system as every other TV station from this country.

Currently, the station operates with a 30 kW transmitter, using four translators to reach all the province.

Programming

Channel 3 is affiliated with Artear (channel 13 of Buenos Aires), producing several local shows. The shows include soap operas, movies, news and religious shows.
