== has Israel rejected the Quarter Principles ? ==

are the requirements of the Quartet Principles still accepted by Israel and its allies ?
for a number of years the stance of Israel and its allies has been "direct negotiation without preconditions and without dictated terms." http://www.ibtimes.com/israel-rejects-french-threat-recognize-palestinian-state-if-peace-talks-fail-2287516
should this current stance not be included in the Israeli reaction section ?
