Do NOT translate from Spanish Wiki Article

It is probably best not to translate content 'as is' from the Spanish Wikipedia entry of the same namesake. A perusal of [1] and [2] show that the content on the Spanish wiki might have been copied directly from copyrighted sources (and, even translated, would probably be against our own WP:COPYVIO.--talk2Chun^{(talk) (contributions)} 23:29, 14 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

I've identified the exact COPYVIO portion of the Spanish entry; it's the part starting with "Creció al amparo de", and ending with "Subsecretario de Educación, etc.", which is an exact copy of Avilés Pino, Efrén. "Prof. Oscar Efrén Reyes". Enciclopedia del Ecuador. Retrieved 14 February 2017. The rest of the Spanish wiki entry does not seem to be a clear case of COPYVIO.--talk2Chun^{(talk) (contributions)} 16:46, 16 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
