A feeding frenzy of common carp (Cyprinus carpio) at the pond of the Agdal Gardens in Marrakesh, Morocco. Feeding frenzies may occur when predators are overwhelmed by the amount of prey available, or as a result of competition for food.Photograph: Luc Viatour
